Great Service
These guys are great. The "patient" was my E500 Mercedes, with multiple problems associated with self leveling Airmatic suspension linked to a rogue adaptive headlight and a faulty leveling sensor. They had the equipment and knowledge to diagnose the issues, get the right parts, and fix on schedule. And the loaner 730I was fun to drive while they were fixing my car.

Superb Service
Superb service, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. I will not use the dealership anymore when I have this as an alternative. They don't try to sell you service you don't need and I wouldn't trust a $150,000 automobile with just anybody. I was referred by a friend and was a bit skeptical at first; but, they offer true Swiss craftsmanship and honest and very fair pricing. New to the Auburn area, I didn't want to have to take my car to the VW dealership in Roseville for service. I asked a man who was filling his Audi with gas at the same gas station I was filling my VW with gas where he took his car for service. He said 'Euro Motors. They aren't cheap but they know what they are doing.' He was right, Euro Motors is g-r-e-a-t! And I did not find them particularly expensive! They called to confirm the work before doing it; got quality work done in good time; had a loaner car available; vacuumed my car before pick up(!); were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm thrilled to have found them.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Auburn Euro Motors; From the first call, Trish was friendly, professional and reassuring. The mechanic(s) went above and beyond in making repairs to my car (I really appreciating the repair to my tow package), and they even bothered to follow up.
